Location: Remote USA. You have flexibility to choose where you are located and work on complex enterprise software implementation/integration projects on customer site.
Customer Success through collaboration on-site. To accomplish that we employ a flexible travel schedule of traveling to the customer on Mondays to return on Thursday which has been called the 3-4-5 in the industry: 3 nights away, 4 days onsite, with the fifth day working from home.
Requirements:
An ideal candidate for a business analyst is someone with deep knowledge and expertise in the relevant insurance area, as well as experience using technology to meet insurers’ need. The recommended skill set for a business architect is listed below:
• Capability to communicate clearly and efficiently as well as influence outcomes
• Deep industry knowledge of the P&C insurance industry with primary focus on policy and/or underwriting
• Consulting & Leadership Skills – Ability to adapt to various work settings and serve in an advisory/leadership role
• Experience with software implementation project(s) in requirements gathering, functional specifications, and user acceptance testing
• Experience in software package implementation through customization or configuration using agile methodologies
• Understanding of a project life cycle methodology.
• Experience in applying change management concepts on a software implementation project
• Willingness and ability to travel 80%
• Exceptional documentation skills, and the ability to facilitate discussions with both technical and business stakeholders
• Familiar with OO design principles and databases. Familiarity with web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.

The Senior Network Analyst performs a variety of functions to ensure the network infrastructure is available, stable, and secure. This includes the evaluation, design, selection, purchase, installation, configuration and maintenance of network systems, hardware and software.
